Our 14-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your Aura Jewels purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Custom-made or engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email our customer service team at support@aurajewels.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping label.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the provided return label.
- Drop the package off at your nearest post office or designated courier location.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
